Miranda Tozier-Robbins Told to Quit Stalking Britney Spears

Since gigantic walls, fences and a whole team of security guards apparently could not achieve the goal, Britney Spears filed for and obtained a temporary restraining order against the woman who was busted peeping around her house.

Miranda Tozier-Robbins was ordered by a judge today to stay 100 yards away from Britney Spears and her residence(s), following her stalking arrest in April.

She will also be arraigned next week on two misdemeanor charges.

Tozier-Robbins announced she would be defending herself in the proceedings, but a judge advised her against entering a plea until the next hearing. Her $5,000 bail was waived provided she returns to court next week, which she agreed to.

A 26-year-old former American Idol hopeful, the nut job was busted back on April 16 for sneaking into Britney Spears’ private Calabasas community and peering into the windows of her home. Not cool, Miranda Tozier-Robbins. Not cool.
